Popsicle Stick Nativity Craft

www.mustruninthefamily.com

Here's a classic Popsicle stick craft bringing the joy and true meaning of Christmas.

It's easy and quick for a great church, school, friend or family time craft.
Easy enough for your young children, but something even the older kids will enjoy making.

mini craft stick

You'll need regular and mini sized craft sticks.
(If you want to really make it interesting you can use jumbo craft sticks for the stable roof or floor.)

Arrange your sticks like the picture shown below.
The angel is the stick above the roof.
Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus are the three stick in the middle.
Optional: You can cut the angel or people is you want them shorter.

Use broken or cut toothpicks or craft sticks in an "X" shape for the manger.

Paint or color them with permanent marker, with a fine tip sharpie for drawing the eyes.
I would recommend low temp hot glue guns, but white glue will work.

Angel

Optional: Embellish with tinsel for the Angel's halo, and twine/ribbon bows for that extra special look.

Make a loop out of twine to hang your nativity on the tree.
