10 Fast and Easy Slow Cooker Meals

Like all moms, it's a struggle to get dinner on the table.
It just seems there is always so much going on that takes you away from making dinner.
I got sick and tired of hitting the drive-thru line.  It gets to be expensive and it's ok to eat like that occasionally, but not healthy for all the time.

I decided I needed to learn to use my slow cooker more often.I started cooking in the morning or preparing the night before.

This way of cooking has become a lifesaver for our family's time together, wallet, and health.

All of these recipes can also be cooked in an Instant Pot Power Pressure Cooker.  The Instant Pot has a slow cooker function.  Each Recipe will also indicate pressure cooking directions when possible.

Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

pork chops

This has to be the easiest and most delicious meal to make in a slow cooker.
A real family favorite!

You will need:
a package of pork chops
2 cans of your favorite cream soup
1 packet of ranch salad dressing mix (3 TBS if using a larger container)

Prepared Rice, Noodles, or Quinoa

ranch cream sauce

If desired, spray your slow cooker for easier cleanup.

Arrange your pork chops (I used a package of 6 good sized boneless pork chops).

Cover pork chops with both cans of your favorite cream soup.

Pour ranch packet on top and mix well.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

For an Instant Pot pour a cup of water in the bottom of the inner pan.  Insert rack.  On top of rack add another pan with ingredients.  Cook on manual pressure for 20 mins.

I topped the pork chops onto Forbidden Rice and spread the cream sauce over the top.
(you can use any rice, quinoa or a combo of both)

You can also cook the rice in an Instant Pot

The pork chops are tender enough to cut with a fork, and yummy enough to keep you coming back for more.

Super easy meal for company or even to take to a sick friend!
